How do I say this without making it sound so bad?

"I think my heart is made of stone 😓😞"

Yea, that did not help much am sure.

Looking back at the short years of life I have had in this world, I have gone through and carried so much emotional pain, and recent events make me concerned about my heart. Of course not that soft thing that is in the left of everyone's chest, but my heart (I know you know what I mean).

Maybe or maybe not?
